Hey guys! A lot of people wanted to see a what I eat in a day video from what I could tell on my last fitness video! This is a typical day of eating for me in the summer :) I love to eat eggs or overnight oats for breakfast, and I included 2 tries of me making overnight oats, the first ones just turning out okay. Lunch tends to be more boring for me unless I go out, but dinner was a nice balanced meal of veggies, lean protein, and carbs! I don't count macros, but I like to eat intuitively and eat things that I know won't upset my stomach and make me feel sluggish. I find that cooking for myself is the best way to do this! I don't follow a high protein diet, but I definitely try to get a good amount of protein in so I can maintain my muscle gains from the gym!
