In 2024 I decided to get out of my comfort zone and add some new forms of movement into my routine and I love it!!
For years I only lifted weights because it was something easy to fit into my routine that I enjoyed, but this year I wanted to try switching it up so I started running, dipped my toes back into ballet a bit, and tried some classes like solidcore!
My hour of movement every day is something I always look forward to and having so many types of movement in my routines now has made it even better!
