Hey guys! This video was requested on my last ab video but I finally got around to filming it now that I am working out and back in the gym! I love a good ab circuit, so today I am bringing you three circuits with planks, crunches, and just about everything to tone your core! There is no equipment needed, just you and the ground! These are also very beginner friendly so no need to have prior workout experience, anyone can train abs am I right!?!
Here’s the list of exercises:
* plank variations (do 3 of these for 30 seconds each, time flies faster than just holding a plank!)
* plank twists
* plank spider-man’s
* cross-in knees
* bend knee taps
* mountain climbers
* circuits (choose one and repeat 3x)
* 1
* 10 crunches
* 10 bicycle crunches
* 10 alternating heel touches
* 2
* 10 dynamic planks (hands down to elbows)
* 10 oblique knee touches (cross one leg over in a figure 4, touch opposite elbow to knee)
* pilates scissor legs (harder option 3)
* dead bugs (easier option 3)
* 3
* 10 toe touches
* 10 lower leg lifts
* 10 crunch claps
