Butterfly Hip thrusts 2X20
Workout -
Superman leg lifts (don't know the technical name lol) 3X12
Side leg clams 3X12-15
Elevated Hip thrusts (feet close to butt) 3X15
Band squats (squeeze booty at the top) 3 sets until failure
Hip abductor with sliders 3X15
