Superset 1: In-Outs 3X20 (3 sets of 20 reps)
Superset 1: Up-Outs 3X10 (3 sets of 10 reps)
Superset 2: Ab machine (straight) 3X10
Superset 2: Ab machine (twisted) 3X10 each side
Superset 3: Exercise ball sit-ups 3X20
Superset 3: Medicine ball twists 3X15
