Drink of choice featured in this video: Homemade Irish Cream!
ingredients:
1 C. Heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla ext.
14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 C. Irish Whisky
1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder or you can sub chocolate syrup
1 tsp instant coffee
- Mix together the instant coffee, vanilla, cocoa and 3 TBS of the heavy cream until there are no lumps.
- Gently whisk that mixture in to the rest of the cream, do not over mix.
- Add the whisky and condensed milk and whisk gently until combine.
- Serve over ice and chill the rest
- Add a little water if it's too thick, of you can used 1/2 & 1/2 to lighten it up.
