Today’s drink of choice: Skinny Raspberry Coconut Mojitos
5 ingredients (Full recipe – makes 8 servings)
• ½ cup of lime juice
• 17.5 oz. coconut water
• 1 liter club soda
• 1 ½ cup coconut rum
• ½ cup sugar free raspberry Torani syrup
• Raspberries and mint to garnish
In a large pitcher combine the lime juice, coconut water, coconut rum, and raspberry syrup. Slowly pour the club soda into the pitcher.
In a high ball glass place a few ice cubes and raspberries into the bottom and pour drink over. Add fresh raspberries and chopped mint if desired. Enjoy!
